Emergency Stop (Wedge)
It stops the elevator safely by operation of Governor; Installed
under the car, it stops the car by pulling up the guard rail
at the time of operation. |

Governor
It prevents the power of motor, pull the rope and operate the
forceful stop device if the elevator operates over normal speed
and reaches dangerous speed. |

Magnetic Brake
It stops elevator by pulling brake drum with spring force when
the motor stops rotating. |

Outside Door Latch
Located in upper part of door, it enables to open the door outside
the elevator path, for the purpose of rescuing passengers in
the car at the time of blackout or emergency. |

Safety Shoe
Installed in the door, it detects whether an object is caught
in a door when the door is closed, and opens the door again
if an object is caught. It can be installed as shown in the
photo. |

Buffer
It stops car or counter weight by absorbing or distributing
motion energy if car or counter weight goes down below the lowest
floor. |

Fascia Plate
It prevents the passengers from falling down in the space between
the wall of elevator path and car if the passenger in the car
tries to get outside the car over the certain floor. (Building
lateral side work) |

Limit Switches - Upper and Lower
Prevent the car from operating over normal position at the top
or the lowest floor. |

Final Limit Switches - Upper and Lower
Dual safety device for the limit switch that prevent the car
from operating over normal position at the top or the lowest
floor. |

Emergency Exit
Located in the upper part of car, it enables the passengers
in the cage to escape from at the time of emergency. This emergency
exist can be opened outside only and attached with emergency
switch that prevents the operation of elevator when it opens.

Emergency Light
Automatically turns on to illuminate inside the car at the time
of emergency. |
|
|

Interphone
It enables the passenger inside the car to communicate with
person outside at the time of emergency and consists of interphone
in the operation panel of car or the interphone installed in
machine room or management room. |

Weighing Device
It prevents the passenger in the car from boarding over the
allowable capacity. Buzzer rings and elevator does not start
when the passengers get into the elevator over the limit. |
